Today was truly a great day for City.

 

We win 4.0....

Weymouth lose....

We go top of the league with 6 games to go...

 

and possibly the most remarkable thing of all...

the attendance of 835 - against a team with a small away support. unbeleivable achievment.

A good crowd, yes, swelled possibly by the families who turned up to see the earlier girls game. Still, most stayed on and seemed to enjoy the game, way forward etc etc...

A really professional performance by the Saints. Ok, Maidenhead were not the best side we have seen down the Park this season but you still have to put these teams away. Our passing game was first class, the finishing was clinical but even more than that, the Saints' workrate was phenominal. Deano came in and looked like he had never been away.

 

More of the same at Farnborough next Saturday, please.

Was great to see so many people stay in the bar and welcome the news of Weymouth losing in the old time style!
