Crawley are doing us a favour against Cambridge, but it won't mean as much if we don't score soon.

If Crawley were to score again we would go up a place!!!

F/T: Morecambe 1-0 Canvey Island

F/T: Crawley Town 1-0 Cambridge Utd

F/T: Altrincham 1-2 Burton Albion

F/T: Forest Green Rovers 0-3 Dagenham & Redbridge

F/T: Tamworth 0-0 Southport

F/T: York City 2-4 Accrington Stanley

F/T: Stevenage Borough 2-0 Gravesend & Northfleet

F/T: Aldershot Town 0-1 Scarborough

F/T: Hereford Utd 0-1 Kidderminster Harriers

Kidderminster overtake us, so we drop to 16th on goal difference. Harsh cause if we'd scored we'd be 14th, a point in front of both Kiddie and Cambridge.

For a team who aren't certain of staying up, your lads played well. You just lacked that killer ball in the final third. You played some good football in midfield and your defence wasn't bad. Your number 22 (sorry don't know his name) caused our defence real problems. He was very physical and our defence always struggles against that type of player. I will be looking forward to seeing you hopefully with Danny Potter at Christie Park next season.

After todays results we need 14 points to be mathmatically safe. Now looking at our upcoming fixtures, I honestly believe we can get at least 8 points from our next four games - It would be nice to get one over Kiddy and make it 10 but I'll take the draw for now. Two of those games could be potential six pointers against Tamworth and Forest Green. But we can also hope that FGR and Southport lose their games in hand over us.

Theoretically we are already safe bar some adverse effect on Southport and/or Forest Green's remaining games, so by the end of the Kidderminster game on Good Friday, we should be 100% confirmed for Conference football next season. Would be nice if we could finish in the 8th-14th bracket I predicted at the beginning of the season though.
