Sponsored Walk - GOOD NEWS!!

Kay and I drove the road route at lunchtime and it's nothing like as far as the 17 miles I'd previously suggested it might be. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> In fact, it's exactly the same as if you take the A40 route so is only 12.6 miles.

 

And, unlike last year, we pass shop after shop after shop so there's plenty of opportunities to get drinks and snacks along the way. For the day, I will print out directions so people can go at their own pace without getting lost!

 

On the basis that it's such a short distance I'd expect to see LOTS of people taking part!

In a similar position as Grandad my lot are in wo semi finals, so may well have a match. If not ill get some last minute support and do it.
