The album is called "Back to the s**t", so she must be having a no.2!! As for the show - maybe she needs something to grip as she strains?

 

My fav Black sabbath album has a cover that always makes me laugh! On the actual sleeve you can see the undies of the guy with the red tights. What were they thinking of? B00022TPU2.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg
