right...here's the updated brainwave on management...

 

jolo manages the urchins with a physio and two assistant managers who will be the highest bidders from an auction on here...

 

a current esl manager/coach manages the select eleven with a physio and two asistant managers who will be the highest bidders from an auction on here...

 

the assistant managers will be involved in picking the teams and making the roll on/off changes...

 

40% of the gate to the esl and 40% to be split amongst the esl teams represented...20% to cover urchin costs...

 

draw raffle etc to a charity nominated by the winning manager...
