Webb-master tells me 2-0 to Slough with Leigh Mason scoring one. Kirbs got all the second half coming on for McCleary, but that's all I know.

he did okay, but flubbed a chance to knock it over the keeper and make it 3-0. Oh and their goalkeeper was a source of much amusement

Darren Moore got the first shortly before half-time with a header from a corner. Leigh Mason's was a screamer into the top corner - shame I missed it really!

As the guys have said, Moore got the first after about 35 minutes with a flicked header at the near post from a J. Mason corner. L. Mason doubled the lead after about 55 minutes with a lovely strike from 25 yards after the ball was cut back.

 

The keeper was a legend, as were the lanky No 4, the fat No 11 and father linesman as well as the ref who looked so small that we thought the lino must have eaten half of him.
