Win a day out at Match of the Day and 606 with Adrian Chiles!

 

This is your chance for you and a friend to have the rare opportunity to be at Adrian's shadow on a Sunday in March/April. Adrian himself will contact you to arrange a date suitable for the visit. You will be able to see what is involved in the putting together and presenting of the Match of the Day 2 television programme, and BBC Radio Five's flagship football phone-in 606 show on a Sunday evening.

 

The prize involves making your own way to London on the Sunday that you choose. You will be booked into a highly recommended hotel, where the Wrexham Supporters Trust will pay for your overnight accommodation and breakfast.

 

Once you have settled into the Hotel you will make your own way to the BBC Television Studios where you will meet Adrian Chiles. The studios are situated directly opposite the White City tube station. You will be required to be there in time for the kick off of the 4pm match.

 

Adrian will then take you into the studios where you will be able to watch the match with him, and the other TV pundits, who could include Gavin Peacock, Graham Le Saux, Mark Lawrenson etc. After watching the match you will then proceed with Adrian to the BBC Radio studio and watch him as the 606 radio show goes out on air.

 

Once 606 has finished, you will then have the opportunity to see how MOTD2 is put together, with editing of footage, and some of the talking points decided upon, before you have something to eat and drink.

 

You will then make your way back to the television studio’s with Adrian to watch him present Match Of The Day 2, possibly from the director's booth, giving you the once in a lifetime opportunity of seeing just what goes into putting a popular football programme onto the nation's screens.

 

All in all you would spend up to seven hours with Adrian. The day will end after MOTD2 has gone out.

 

The auction is available from 7pm on 9th March and will close on Sunday 19th at 7pm.
