Do It For Sykes

It has been just under a year since Paul sadly passed away and we are feeling for his family. The reason for this post is to make sure that everyone makes an effort to raise even more money for the family and connected Charities. This is my idea.

 

If Sam Sodje can get a signed Nigeria shirt to donate to the cause, Peter Trego a cricket shirt signed by the Ashes team and Saunders a Gillingham shirt and even though Osman did not know Pual (nor did Suanders) could he not ask Spurs and Fulham for signed shirts maybe we could auction these items or have an excellent raffle.

 

On top of this Moses Jjunju (sp?) is best mates with John Terry i also feel he could make an effort to get a shirt or even a guest appearance

Yes they both played for West Ham and i think Jjunju is mates with both of them. Who is Jjunju playing for? I know terry was at a game earlier this season.

He was at Redbridge and I heard that Defoe went to watch him there. He was at Aveley last time it was mentioned a couple of weeks ago.

If it is Defoe thats still a very high player that could maybe donate a world cup shirt and a Spurs shirt. Think how much would be raised if we won the world cup.

If this is possible and we do win the world cup how about giving the shirt to Pauls boy so he has something for when he is older- A world cup shirt signed by the England squad in memory of his father

He is a good player. In the Kent Senior Cup final he made the Dover defence split like the red sea.

They are all great ideas FF. Saunders may have known Paul as Sykes started his career out at Gillingham. I dont think Moses would do anything though as, as far as i am concerned he never knew Paul.
