Player of the Month February - Front Runners

Well tomorrow is voting time again boys and girls. February was a bit of a topsy turvy month with excellent wins over Walton and Wealdstone, marred by throwing a two goal lead away to Bromley and being comprehensively beaten at Chelmsford and MK Dons. My tips for the award are as follows;

 

1. Mark Avery, another month and further consistent improvement, I wouldn't be surprised if this was Mark's month.

 

2. Glen Harris, vital goals against Walton and Wealdstone were plus points, although poorer performances in the later games may cost him.

 

3. Ian Hodges, 4 more goals in 5 games, hasn't stopped scoring all year and his consistency may net him a third award of the season.

 

4. Clark Masters, influence was noticed even more so when he was missing than when he was there, although penalty save at Walton was highlight.

 

5. Aaron Steele, good solid month with improved displays and even starting to show some distribution skills, neat, tidy, is that enough?

Mine was between three but my vote is based on reacion at the end of games as to what it meant to them!
