In November 2004, a good friend of mine, Jake Philpott, died, aged 15, of a rare disease called pulmonary hypertension. I am selling wristbands (much like the ones for Paul Sykes) at £2 a time. All proceeds go to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association - to help those suffering from the same diease. I will have them at the game on Saturday (I have about 20) so, if you will, please help. It's something that you are born with, a heart defect, but you can go years and years without it being detected.

Sounds a bit like my heart and genetic condition. Anyway i am not 100% sure if i will be able to buy one as i can just about afford the game tomorrow thats how skint i am. But i will try my best to get a bit money from somewhere.
