what now happens to sodje as he was on work experience, does that end now.

Do we sign him on a contract like Daish said he would if he had a chance of doing so?

We are checking on that even now, although the article says that Charlton are not renewing these players contracts, so I would assume that they are Charlton players to the end of the season.

Given that he was apparently a reasonable goalscorer for CAFC youth and being on loan to a Conference side to gain experience must at the time have seemed like a step in the right direction towards a professional contract, it just goes to show how hard it is for a teenager to break into a Premiership or football League side. The competition must be intense. Still, he can use his uncle as a precedent that playing in non-league football need not be the end of his chances to join and be successful at a higher level. If he can re-gain his form from his first spell with us then we should certainly try and sign him. However, I'm not convinced that Liam would want him.
