Game over Stale Buns.

Yet again your woeful inability to hold onto a lead has cost you dearly. We too will drop points in the run-in but because we are so solid and consistent it will not be in the same schoolboy manner as you no-hopers manage it.

Should your current capitulation not send you tumbling out of the top five, I certainly know where my money would be if it were you versus Lewes/'Boro/Camb in the Final. You simply aren't up for it Stale Buns and this is your one and only realistic shot at the title. Next season it will be back to reality and midtable mediocrity or maybe even a relegation dogfight. Don't worry though, personally I think you are too good to go down.

What must be more worrying for you though is the absolutely pathetic support you took to Yeading last night. You don't deserve to get into the Conference with that showing and it's a good job as you won't.

Ciao

Thanks for that Muffmeister. I have already written to John Moules at the Conference suggesting that the remaining fixtures are abandoned for this season and the Championship Cup/Shield/Pennant awarded to Weymouth immediately as the rest of us are not fit to be considered in the same breath as you nice chaps from Dorset.

I'm particularly pleased that the rumours concerning the financial results of the limited company that is Weymouth FC have clearly been exagerated. No club can sustain losses of £1 million each year at this or indeed several levels higher up the pyramid than this one. I just don't believe where people can possibly get hold of these stories. It's farcical and must really frustrate yoiu chaps down there.

Good luck to you guys in the Conference and beyond. Spare a thought for us paupers struggling along in the oild Connie South as you mount your challemge for a place in Europe. we enjoyed your visit to Clarence Park earlier this season. Did you enjoy the journey?

Any news on the planning application Muffmeister? Good luck with Asda and the redevelopment, too.

I am surprised at the level of blinkered views that have come out of Weymouth.

I don't wish them any problems in any way but surely it's only a matter of time till thier current financial structure catches up with them.

I'd be imbarrased to come on here struttung my stuff considering this team has pushed them pretty close on a budjet that would'nt even pay for thier forward line !!

It wouldn't pay their Kit-manager, Rob2.

4-0 was a freak result. It happens in football from time to time. 4-0 against the aristocrats of Non League football. We must have been 'Avin a larf'.

The rumours cannot possibly have any foundation, Rob2. £1 million pounds a year losses? Nah. I happen to know one or two millionaires and they don't 'invest' in £1 million pound a year loss-making companies. It will all be allright because the fans of the Muff say so!

Good luck to 'em, I say. And such nice unassuming people. It couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.

Watch this space.

I am not so surprised that some in Weymouth are getting so excited. They are after all well on their way to achieving, by my reckoning, their third ever championship. Thats in terms of top leagues immediately below the conference national.

They did also win a Bob Lord cup, well done.

Championships have been a bit slow around this fair City recently but at least we have a collection from senior leagues that had some of the top sides of the times in them.

No doubt when we next achieve a championship we too will be as mature about it as Muffmeister which mixing German and slang seems to mean Master C**t.

Would have liked to have seen Weymouth in the Conference but after that above post I hope they seriously f.ck it up and don't even go up through the play offs!!!

A Quality opening, did you think that one up youself?

Yet again your woeful inability to hold onto a lead has cost you dearly. We too will drop points in the run-in but because we are so solid and consistent it will not be in the same schoolboy manner as you no-hopers manage it.

Very True in our 30 odd games we've lead to draw or lose about 4 times, hardly an epidemic! Without trawling through the archives I can think of 2 occasions in recent weeks when you were 1-0 up and lost 2-1, Did you got to Carshalton or Farnborough

You obviously haven't seen our results since our manager took over, or our history as we've had a few stabs at the title in the last 14 years and more often than not finish in the top half. You probably only started watching this season so your forgiven for not knowing you own recent history!

What must be more worrying for you though is the absolutely pathetic support you took to Yeading last night. You don't deserve to get into the Conference with that showing and it's a good job as you won't.

Were you there? I hazard a guess that 90% of the crowd was City, We played in Chelsea country when they were on the box in the pouring rain! It's almost as bad as your recent crowd at Thurrock on a Saturday, considering you were flying and are so well supported it was pathetic

Ciao

Well it's been 24 hours since my original post so I thought I would pop back to see what the witty folk of Stale Buns were able to muster in response to my honest appraisal of the current situation. I have to say ladies, I am genuinely disappointed. 3/10

You see, in order to earn my respect you have to put aside the no-brainer comments regarding money. Let's face it shall we, an eleven year old could be excused for saying something along the lines of "ha ha ha, your money will run out soon, ha ha ha". I mean, "EH???" LOL. You simply have to come in at another angle girls, the old 'your gonna be the next Hornchurch' equine chestnut just makes my smile even broader and makes you all look like even greener eyed monsters. I'll leave it in your capable hands Stale Buns.

Oh and EMCTCPTV I loved your highly amusing attempt at making excuses as to why you have no fans. Brilliant sir! Let's look at it in more detail shall we. 90% of 132 = 119. That of course leaves 10% and a grand total of 13 fans .So let me get my head around this, what you are saying is that Yeading only had 13 fans. Love it!! OK, Why don't you let me put a more realistic slant on it for you. Let's say that 60% of the crowd were Stale Buns supporters (and that is being very generous as you well know). That equates to a measly 79 people making the 58 mile ROUND trip!!! Just when your team need that 12th man, you let them down with that showing. Tut tut tut. You don't deserve promotion, which is good because.... well you know the rest don't you :-)

Sorry if it disappoints you, but I'm not sure that 'earning your respect' is likely to be terribly high on anyone's agenda in these parts, Muffmeister.

An eleven year old may well say "your money will run out soon". The slighly wiser head will do a company search and see the losses from last year, in which case, there's no 'soon' about it.

You might be well-advised to spend some time on the Companies House web-site rather than this one.

Always pleased to assist.

Good luck in the Conference Nationale next season. Any chance of putting your Reserve side out against us on April 17th, do you think? Perhaps Garry would select the 2nd team that he brought to Clarence Park earlier in the season.

"A few weeks ago, at Liverpool's AGM, the first proposal from the floor was that the club should "retire" the No12 shirt in honour of the Kop and its reputation as "the team's 12th man"."

-------------------------

The silly self-important sighs, remind you anyone 'muffmeister'

tho there is a certain irony when talking about wit to a loser who calls himself 'muffmeister', says 'stalebuns' and 'ciao'

see you in melbourne?

 • 3 weeks later...

Doubt he'll be on here for a while after his team's debacle.

Expect he'll return if you lose next weekend. Still a lot of football left to be played.

Why didn't you answer your phone on Saturday?

Costello had a serious question for you!

Because you were drunk and sounded like right assholes!!

Seriously I've been suffering with a heavy cold and throat infection and felt pretty crappy Saturday night so just wanted some peace and quiet.

I deleted the voicemails but one from Costello absolutely creased me up!!

I say raise the money. £27 should be enough!!
