fisher 2nd in the league had 112 fans.how the hell do teams like this keep going ,it is not fair to others in the league.they come to us and get a share of thegate from 600 we go there and get a share of 112,the maths dont work.unless teams get a decent average support surely they cannot progress up the leauges

SSS you only get a share of gate receipts in the cup (1/3). Maybe you are correct but its the first i have ever heard of this.

All income from league games is kept by the home club. Cup match receipts are shared slightly in favour of the home club given they incur the costs of staging the game.

Gate receipts are actually shared equally in all rounds prior to the third round in the FA Cup, and in all rounds prior to the final in the FA Trophy.

Jc, by a third i ment - 1/3 FA 1/3 Home team 1/3 away team. But as it states there the real figures are 45% Home 45% Away 10% FA.

sorry i am totally wrong but it is still amazing how they keep going with such small gates.eventually whoever it is putting all the money in will get fed up with it and the club will be in serious trouble.this applies to quite a few clubs i think.

I wouldnt be at all surprised if Fisher and Heybridge lose their backers in the summer if they fail to get promotion. Fisher especially must be running at a major loss considering they have to groundshare at Dulwich too.

If you read it properly though, the '10% to the pool' bit only comes in at the third round proper onwards. Before that it's a 50-50 split between the two clubs.
