The sixth series of the Ryman Football League Monthly Awards for season 2005/06, covering the month of February 2006, have been announced this moring as follows:

Team Performance of the Month

The award for the "Team Performances of the Month" recognises a particularly noteworthy performance by a Club during that month.

 

Maldon Town, in their first season in the Premier Division and at the foot of the table, achieved their first League win in February since 8th October in beating Worthing at home 2-0, and a week later travelled to neighbours Chelmsford City and won 2-1.

 

In Division One, Kingstonian capped a good season by travelling and beating promotion rivals Tooting & Mitcham United 1-0 in front of a crowd of 552, whilst Brook House in Division Two moved into second place by beating the team then I that position, Flackwell Heath, by a significant 7-1 margin.
