Yes, he is cup tied.

 

For the LC and GBT, the qualification is two appearances in ESL / LC / GBT matches prior to the semi final / final.

 

The position is therefore very simple - only Michael Collier qualifies. Rhys has been on the bench but has not played, and non playing subs do not count towards qualification. Lee Ward also qualifies - Leigh Hawkes does not as he made just the one appearance, the other being nps.

But he was not on the bench - and there is no such thing as a non penalty taking sub - everyone must take a penalty if required.

 

The only exception is that if one team is down to nine or ten players, then one or two players from the other side cannot take a penalty - this is in order to have the same amount of penalty takers.
