What a great night all in all ! Yes they beat us on the pitch but the score line totally flattered them really, they were just very clinical in finishing...we had chances to make the score line presentable !

 

However the off field entertainment was truly wonderful...slough supporters at their best, whitty , cool calm and above all in control of the banter ! poor MK dons chavs their have so much to learn ( bless them ) !!!

 

The football played by Slough was a good as it gets ! we played well and created some good moves and chances...MK were fitter and were set up for 3 of their goals but some poor defending and some luck !

 

Well done Slough ! a great evenings entertainment....

Hope you don't mean the two (very cold) Brummie Rebels - a "home" match for us - only a 75 mile each way trip this time!!

 

The fans we spoke to were great, interested in the team and very impressed in McCleary - OK, apart from the two at the eand who thought a victory in the County Cup was the height of success - probably is with the season they're having!

 

Just about warmed up, and had a great time. Thought we played really well, and didn't deserve the score line.

 

Bring on the League Cup semi-final second leg.

i was at the game last night and as a mk dons fan your support for your team was great we had a bit of banter with a few fans behind us your number 10 ( mcclery?) looks a good player best of luck for the rest of the season

McCleary would not have looked out of place in the Dons line up.

 

Thanks for your words about our support. We follow our team home and away with pride, and turned out in good number for the game last night despite the cold and the inevitable result.

Yeah George's parents are nice guys, 6-1 was unfair but they were clinical, and we didnt have our best game, ho hum, who cares anyway? Chav baiting was always going to be the most fun game.
