Seems some of the manor lot have taken the EASY EASY chant a little to much to heart. As you will all know the chant is taken from the T.V show Soccer AM and is as funny as you like. I was at the game against manor and if the game had carried on for a few minuets longer it could have easily have been a draw or manor win and was definatly not easy. So the song was not a p1ss take as suggested so if you took it that way thats up to you but not intended. We get on well with kirk, reg and the boys and would certainly never disrespect people of there calibre which is needed in this game. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

Im sorry bboy, but I feel this is a complete load of bollox. If Eton Manor gave you a good game and you scraped away with a victory, then surely you should have respect for them, and there is no need to chant "EASY EASY".

 

I think everyone knows where its from, but generally it should only be used when appropriate. (Like when the Man United demolished Wigan yesterday...).

 

True, it can be classed as banter, but could you seriously tell me that the chants after the cup semi-final game against us were banter, or a taunt?!

kaiser still in a mood from saturday. What taunts from the semi final the cheers the celebrations or the easy easy shout which on the day were true. If you can win a big game and just clap and walk off then well done to you but to me i find that very hard.

I cant complain with the celebrations, cause we would have done the same if we had won through to the final. The chants of EASY EASY were not needed. They are a TAUNT, and it certainly is not banter...
True that we were bitter after losing a game, we felt we could win. But we didnt perform on the day, and it would be fair to say, that at times it was easy for you. Cannot argue that.

But let me ask you..... When we d*cked you 3-0 @ our place, did we chant "EASY EASY"?!

Nope I didnt think so... thats your difference.

our riverside chavs were doing it on saturday kasey...its just banter mate and was an easy 'own goal' option to take the pi55 out of 'side as was the bridge 'snowstorm incident' <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />...

 

he he...quality stuff I must say but the truth is that 'side are a good bunch and very welcoming...

I agree with you mate, this is the worst spell i've had in a while!!

I got a groin injury on the 2nd of Jan (setting up a goal) and because i coach football as a job, it has made my recovery twice as long.
