"BIRMINGHAM are likely to return to Brentford after the success of DJ Campbell,to buy the man they originally went to watch-Sam Sodje.

The 26yr old Bees centre-half,picked up on a free from Margate,turned down a transfer deadline move to Southampton and is now being chased by the Blues.

Middlesborough and Leeds are also prepared to pay £1million for the big Nigerian,one of three brothers in football".
