City have got their work cut out now to overtake Weymouth. Below are my forecast results for the rest of the season. Can the optimists among you suggest where city might make up or Weymouth might lose a few points ?

Intresting to see both sets of fixtures actually, I think we probably have a harder run-in but have a pretty decent records against the 'better' teams, it's [****!!****] we're more likely to lose against!

I'm looking at places like Yeading!

 

I'd be looking at a bit more as 'dropping points' rather than draws and losses!

 

I can see Weymouth dropping points against Cambridge, Welling, us and Lewes

And is against Franborough, Weymouth and Havant!

 

I had a preminition on the way home from work that we were two points behind going into the last game and we won and they lost and we took the title, didn't even know who they were playing, but now seeing it's Lewes it's a possibilty!

 

In a ideal world Cambridge will resign and we'll gain 9 points on Weymouth (as they've beaten them once and we've lost to them twice)

I can see Weymouth losing at home to Newport but realistically they've got it in the bag unless they have a Hornchurch style meltdown.

 

All we can do is concentrate on coming second to ensure a home draw in the play-offs.

i still cant believe that day in May nearly 2 years ago...on the brink of the conference national league, and were fighting for a place in Southern League playoffs, f'kin sham...

 

Might not ever meet you again, unless the cup draw is nice to us.

It looks like it's going to be a very tight run in. I can see the Weymouth v St Albans game being the crucial tie and attracting a huge crowd similar to Gravesend v Canvey and Canvey v Aldershot in previous seasons.
