Oh well, even though having spent this evening watching Canvey outplayed by Stevenage and hearing that Arsenal had won in the Bernabau, at least the result from Grays tonight put a smile on my face... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

Poor old Grays are really in freefall now. They will be screaming for Stimmo's head soon if there are too many more results like this. Perhaps not but after the start they had it really has been a pretty bad demise all in all.

 

Oh well, with that result and Tamworth & Crawley losing, I suppose the night was not so bad after all... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I notice that the Grays v Dagenham FA Trophy game was made all ticket. I reckon this was good business sense by Grays, as some of the people who wouldn't go Saturday after the league result will have probably already got their tickets. And if they had won the league match it wouldn't have made much difference. If that was what they had intended that's smart business.

 

What's the betting Grays beat them in the Trophy though? 2-1 I reckon.

in the 4-0 we were woeful and I mean woeful hurt more than defeat by you lot.

I was at that match at Dagenham. Great game of football and some superb goals. Thought Kightly was outstanding that night. Stuart's goal wasn't bad either.
