Ian Pulman Returns to Southwood 20/2/06

Ramsgate strengthened their frontline today with the signing of striker Ian Pulman from Dartford FC.

 

The 21 year-old local was a YTS at Chelsea from the age of 16 until he moved to Gillingham 18 months later, but picked up a knee injury. After this he played for Ramsgate Under 18s as well as Margate in the Conference. Ian remained on Margate's books whilst out on loan to Eastbourne, Folkestone Invicta and Erith & Belvedere, before joining Dartford this season.

Nice time to join.Clever re-inforcement at the right time by the manager.At least you are nigh on guaranteed a championship winning medal Ian. Good luck!

Its a pity he won't get the KSC medal though as we stuff them in the final at Hartsdown park.

Why would the final be at HDP? Surely it will be at Folkestone as every final seems to be nowadays!

Not sure how it is decided, might be a toss of the coin between the two finalists. Nice to know that you are here. FF has disappeared after we started winning <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

The two finallists decide where the final is and Leedsclive the reason why it was at Folkestone last season was because of Paul Sykes and both Margate and Dover thought it would be considerate to play it at Folkestone so Folkestone fans could pay their last respects to a great player. And the season before Folkestone were in the final against Margate and Margate did not have a ground.
