I saw this post about Cambridge City on the Isthmian forum "Roberts will be off like a rocket at the end of the Season. He is one of those guys who is only capable of managing a Club with a decent budget. Hasn't the ability to manage on a tight budget with young players etc."

 

It made me reflect on how well Eddie Denton has done this season on a much reduced budget.

 

Earlier on in the season I was worried, but have to admit that Eddie has shown that he can do the job well even withb a young squad. Lets hope we can keep them for next season. Undefeated in 8!!

That said, I'd hate to think what position we would be in now without the Brentford connection.
