We have got to put ourselves in the top 3 or 4 teams there along with AFCW -if they spend some money- Staines and Worthing. Though Horsham and Tooting are putting the money about. It does bode well for a promotion push next year now we have had some experience of this league and the way teams play.

Agree with you this time.....

I do see two stumbling blocks though..

1) will the never ending saga of our ground/planning etc rear its ugly head again

2) we need to hang on to the players we are building our team around, and in my view add a couple more experienced players like Trott. It is bloody hard to get out of a winner takes all league, so play offs give us a chance as well. Lets hope we stay safe this year, and the players stick around like they did in the Southern League prem days cos they can see where we are heading.

I have faith in CK - he has a proven record at this sort of thing.

Graeme I think the team will just get better and better CK seem to have the money to do this. Plus he is the man for the job. As for the development well lets just keep our fingers crossed, it seem to be a bit political Labour says Yes, Conservatives say No. I have faith in Keith Piper and Gary Lever

Lets not forget the last set of plans were approved by every Councillor. Labour wont be held responsible if planning law isnt followed properly, the Conservatives will.

 

Lets wait for the plans to come out before commenting on what the result will be.
