He's not been desperately bad in the last two Fleet games he's refereed, but he did foul up a key decision in each game - McCarthy's blatant handball in the wall at Aldershot and Challinor's 'open ballast tanks' display to secure Exeter's penalty and Ross' dismissal on the first day of the season.
