I have just been looking at the players data base. I was looking for players from my youthful days in the 60's, 70's and 80's. Some of the finest players to wear Slough colours were my heroes. Is there a plan to include the likes of Micky Droy, Terry Reardon, John Delaney, Roger Connel etc from the period many regard as Slough best, even bettering the Conference days. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/afro.gif" alt="" />

There is a plan to do this, but both myself and Gary are pretty young (well me anyway! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />) so we don't know too much about players at the Dolphin etc. My earliest Slough experience is about 1995 and i'm sure Gary's is pretty similar. We will try and get information to include on the site from supporters who remember this era though.

Aberdeen - this is something I've got one of the new guys working on. We're looking at completing the information we have from 89-90 season onwards first, then working back from there.

 

Any information you can provide on some of those players though would be most appreciated as we can use this in the write up section for the players.

How about regular statements from Bernard or Roy telling us what might be happening-the ground, the finances, the plans, the contracts etc

I would like to see more player news on the site. At present you only find out about comings and goings and injuries etc from the message board.

Obviously we're pushing for news from the club on a regular basis and we'll put up what we can get. The new administration of Bernard and Roy appeared to start off well enough with two releases and hopefully this will continue in the coming months.

 

Any other points regarding layout or content on the site, greatly welcome as I believe Chris B will be giving the site a touch up (excuse the pun) over the summer months.
