Luck of the draw?

It appears from reading today's papers that Heybridge will be getting £40K from the BBC for 'extensive highlights' of their match with Bristol City on Saturday. In fact, all four televised matches seem to have a West Country influence (Bath, Hereford, Bristol, FGR). Is there some conspiracy going on here?

I recall someone in the know once telling me that they won't go for a non-league side away at a league one live on TV as there's less chance of an upset and more chance of a hammering (though I can't remember the last time any non-league side conceded, say, 9, in an FA cup tie). But it's why a replay, should we witness what would probably be the result of the day on Saturday, would be an attractive proposition, given our respective recent form on paper (ie, in terns of results, irrespective of views as to how we're performing).
