god knows why anyone would want to be a ref or lino, but the roma fan has it right. if it wasn't for them, there would be no game.

 

that shouldn't and doesn't make them immune to criticism though, just like the players aren't.

i think decisions will always be disputed and i often think just leave the ref alone, especially when its for trivial decisions like throw on's on the half way line.

 

however the ref we had saturday was a disgrace to the ref's union!! he may not be as bad as that every week but he had a stinker.
