That rugged guy on in the Boro shirt in this thread is the famous Kenny Leslie - goal scorer extraordinaire.

 

He's the scourge of defenders everywhere but particularly those in the ESL.

I've got a ilford programme from a match against Bishops stortford at wembley. the FA amateur cup i think. cant remember the year though, ill have to check.

I was at that Amateur Cup final - I sat behind a guy who was wearing what was obviously a wig - and a very bad one at that. You could see the webbing onto which the hair was woven - perhaps the wig was going bald as well? It was one of those things that, once you notice it, you can't stop yourself from keeping on looking! I can't even remember who won the game!
