Feel good factor

After yesterdays win there is a feel good factor back Hartsdown Park since the days we were in the Conference and how great it feels. Despite the dissapointing attendance of only 322 last night there was a fantastic atmosphere in the ground which was the best atmosphere in the ground since we beat Hampton & Richmond.

Until we lose again. Happy days are here again.

I will feel more than good if we remain unbeaten in our next two league games. Let's not expect too much too soon. If we take four points from Braintree and the Dons matches we will have well and truly turned the corner but we might not take any! That said things definitely seem to be improving now that we are finally getting something like a settled side.

Alex, 322 is a good turnaout for a KSC match. A few years ago you would not have got 100 going to the match. Even well supported clubs like Aldershot don't get too many more than that in the county comps.

332 is still more than Ramsgate get on a Saturday. That figure is not a bad one for this particular tie,on this particular evening.

A point at Wimbledon will be like a victory I feel.Still who knows we may well upset the formbook & take all three points as we have done so in the past when least expected and yes,the feelgood factor is returning.

Wimbledon haven't set the league on fire as people first thought. They had another home draw on Tuesday and are still off a play-off place. I think that we can definately get a result there on saturday. The gate supporters will be a big influence. I said at the beginning of the season that it took Aldershot 4 seasons to get out the premier division after getting promotion before that in 3 out of 4 seasons.

We only had 352 against Dover. We played with a full first team, with reduced prices.

Sadly the early knockout stages provide little interest, until you get to the final.

That said, If Charton, Gillingham and Millwall all entered, the crowds would be better, but would would us non-league sides have any chance, if say Charlton were really determined to win the trophy?
