a lot of under par performances yesterday again mistakes at the back cost us dearly, there was also a lot of space in between the midfield and front two and yes there is that one question on the yellow armys lips why was kilo on the bench??

Very poor yesterday. Probably our worst performance of the season. We just didn't look up for it at all. Boith goals conceded were down to woeful defending and we never really looked like scoring or putting them under any real pressure.

 

We seem to show no passion at all which is rather dissapointing. When a fight is needed we are sadly lacking and it's a real shame because we've shown that fight earlier in the season. Now it seems nowwhere to be seen.

 

If we don't be careful a visit to Fisher Athletic or Histon is on the cards.

change of subject I know but I moved away a couple of years ago and use to watch reserves before I moved and there was a young goalkeeper called bradley king who had a bright future ahead of him and wondered if anyone knows where he is playing now as no longer at canvey. He used to travel with the first team squad on occasions.

Do you remember him?

Im Sorry but this is an 11 man team not a one man team, Lee is never going to score with the performances of our players at the moment, if theres no determination, no passion, then what are the chances of the team actually performing well. Team selection is a big problem and that needs to be sorted out, leaving kilo on the bench for any match is a big problem for us, also whats happened to Tait, never here any mention of him on here anymore.

According to the official website, Tait played and scored for the reserves yesterday - presume that means he has recovered from injury ?

Thats right, he looked lively and set up some goals as well as scoring himself. Apparently he has been doing extra training to try to get fit for the forthcoming matches, and this showed on Saturday he was definatley up for it!

whod have thought earlier in the season when we had all these strikers floating about that we would be having a major goal drout.
