Yeah and they would be crying - steaming up their NHS spectacles - at the prospect of missing yet another drubbing being dished out to their beloved Windsor.

 

Woody if Soccer AM told you to jump off a cliff would you? If so, it might be worth a few phone calls....

We're not deluded enough to think we have that many fans but alot of armchair soccer am fans in the area could possibly come out of the wood work to watch this match! A bit like when you had your FA cup run and you suddenly gained alot more fans!

 

And of course i am going not expecting to get a result. I've seen most windsor games this season and i know AFC Wimbledon are the better side!

I was wondering if it was all ticket as I would like to go. Actually has nothing to do with the Soccer AM thing as I tend not to watch it anymore due to boredom but my cousin supports the Dons and I try to make at least one game a season.

 

I haven't been yet this season and as Gravesend play Accrington on Friday night I thought I would make the effort for this game. Now that I know Soccer AM have some interest in the game I had contemplated not going but it's all arranged now so I'll still go.

 

So it's definately not all ticket? Have you got a website confirming this?

I was at the Wimbledon v Margate game yesterday watching the us beat the Wombles 2-1 away from home was amazing, anyway back to the meaning of this thread you Windsor fans a predicting to lose but Wimbledon are not as good as what you think they are and they have a poor record against teams lowere down in the league. Also a lot of their players are injured or ill so maybe next week will be your lucky day. Looking forward to see all you Windsor fans in a few weeks. Good Luck aswell for next week.

P.S. DO NOT sing any MK Dons songs as a lot of Wimbledon fans do not like it and it might start of a fight.

Hi guys. Just to let you know, it's deffo not all ticket though there are not many seat tickets left. Plenty of standing room though. At the moment we have a way over the top segregation going on so you'll be in the end near the main road.Parking is fine at the ground though I suggest you get there before 2pm. 2 bars at the ground, the bottom one is no smoking and will have hot food prior to the game.You're more than welcome even that Man City fan Geggsy <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Fatboys cafe near the ground as well as a chippy and kebab place and a pub, the Peel, where ladies appear to get very warm as they take their clothes off!Have a safe journey and enjoy the game. Sorry about the nine quid to get in but we have a debt to pay.

Woody make sure you take a box to stand on. The Wimbledon fans constantly walk backwards and fowards past where you will be standing. Unless you are tall the only view you will get will be burgers, chips and coffee!!!!

I asked a steward on saturday if AFC could just segregate the whole of that part of the stand and including the front so the Dons fans cant walk in front and to get into the same stand as us for them to go the other way round or just give the whole stand to away support. The steward is going to put that message towards to the club officials.

We tried that when we were there but they said they couldnt stop them passing as it is a walkway. The seggregation is a piece of red and white tape, two stewards and one or two policemen. That in my mind wouldnt stop any trouble, not that I think any will happen.
