Dull game, spoilt by ref Yerby. 2 fine goals, not sure about the offside goal from young Luke - looked a cracking pull back from Rawle and a clinical finish by Moore.

Good leap by Rawle for the killer goal. Thought Jacko was solid in first half and Jukebox put in a huge effort throughout a game in which he could have gotten through at a canter.

Good home debut by Rawle, normally when Victor picks the man of the match he seems to use the lucky dip method but I think he got it right tonight.

I was a long way from the first goal but it looked like Rawle outpaced the right back and cut the ball back for Luke to score, Johnson might have been offside in the build up but the ball never went near him.

Scott Goodings injury looked nasty, he landed on his left shoulder and it looked like he had either broken or dislocated it.

Good to see Macca back although he didn't kick anyone so I assume he isn't fully fit yet.

Lets hope for a home draw for the semi-final and a nice day out in may to watch the boys pick up a trophy. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

Spoke to one of the stewards, Gooding had a sore, but dot badly dasmaged shoulder.

I spoke to Charlie on the way out, he said that Gooding just had "a dead shoulder, sort of numb".

 

Rawle did well, looked impressive.

Agreed, when the ball was played through to Rawle, Johnson was "offside" but the ball went behind him and therefore he was not interfering with play.

And now that Luke has scored that all important first "senior" goal, and a jolly good one it was too, hopefully we should see a few more from him in the league.

Moore has scored before in the KSC - away at Dover last year as well as at Sittingbourne in the last round.

But in both of those games we played a genuine reserve side, as opposed to last night, who, with the exception of Kerr were all very much 1st team regulars
