Well I backed the gate to win 1-0,2-0,2-1,4-0 & 4-1. Only a pound in each but for once I was right. I really did feel that today was going to be a winning day. Wish I had had more on them now but isnt that always the way. I only won £14 on the bet plus my stake of £5 back but to get it right was a tha major thing. Seems Ramsgate winning looks like my tipping is beginning to come good after all.(sods)

 

LUCKY OMENS TODAY

 

I purposely DIDNT take my scarf today in the hope of a better result.

Also I didnt pay at BUTLER's turnstyle as I usally do and I actually bought a lucky draw ticket today (hey,what was the number,I didnt hear it).

My Dad couldnt attend as he was at a wedding so he missed the game.

There you go, little changes that brought about a result(I know,supersticious nonsense).

I can manage to do the first 3 things again but unfortnately I wont be able to prevent dad fron staying away in our next game. I shall have to hope his absence didnt contribute to out victory.

Dont suppose anyone else did something different to normal today.Maybe you had a hand in the victory too but you didnt realise it.

It seems like its not just me then that thought about superstitions today of all days. I deliberately wore blue underpants today and thought if we win I will have to wear these for the next game and there you go! Not the ones I have worn to football for a while you see.

I have not worn Englands home shirt which was the one we had in EURO 2004 for a while and everytime i had worn in the past my favourite team, whether it will be Tottenham, Margate or England have won, so i decided to wear it under my Margate shirt and my Hoodie and what did we do we won. I know what top i will be wearing Tuesday.

I wore the same England shirt for the game between Tottenham and Charlton and Spurs won 3-1. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bounce.gif" alt="" /> It still has its good luck charm. I will be wearing the top for the rest of the season.
