It wouldn't be so bad if the referees actually punished people for horrendous tackles. Admittedly most sides we play would finish the games with 8 men, but it would at least save players from serious injury.

I too have enjoyed the ESL, it's been an experience but it's getting tireing because a) we have Tilbury again... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> and because the officiating is so poor. But it has been fun.

The thing I miss most is the away games, the proper away games to Western, Newport, Havant even away games as close as Stalebuns. But next year it'll be a bit spread out hopefully, espec in the Southern League if we go into it.

HELL YEAH!! That's what I have missed, the coach journey lunch!
