Question for Nikki

I am going to a murder mystery lunch on Sunday and am supposed to play the role of a Red Army Captain. (Dont know why I got that part) However slavs have dark hair and I am a natural blonde or was anyway.

 

Can you supply a temporary hair dye and bring it to the game tomorrow? Obviously I will pay for it. Alternatively tell me what I should be buying.

TIM - Point taken but like you I've never seen them.

 

The point is that you have to feel the part and if I am to be a youthful red army general grey hair should not be part of it.

 

 

Brunob - the part is a red army general not Nikita Kruschev - however come to think of it it could go down a bundle this afternoon if I remove my shoe and bang it on the table.

 

Nikki- At this moment I am in front of the screen with a washable "Brown or nothing" dye on my head that Sheila selected in Tesco's. The dye did not say "Brown or red" after Sheila put it on she re-read the instructions and it says - in small print granted. Not suitable for grey hair. It seems I will be at this party as a "ginger knob".

sorry Steph, first time i came on here was today. If you did only want it for that one night I would have agreed with Gaz and said a wig, as very few hair dyes last the amount of time they say on the pack.

a few years ago i went through the stage of changing my hair colour every couple of months, i dyed it brown and it was only meant to be 6 weeks. some of it is still in my hair and when reacts with peroxide comes out a different colour.

i only pay for two colours but get 3rd free.

 

point is- it didnt last six weeks. years. so i'm sorry its a bit late telling you this but i'd either suggest a colour spray or a wig, not dying it!
