Seeing as they so enjoy it when we lose a game, last night Welling (albeit their reserves and youth players) lost 7-0 to Bromley in the Kent Senior Cup. Only Lee Shearer and James Pinnock played of the first-team squad, and the Wings fans were charged £9 to get in.

 

Even those ConfSouth 'minnows' <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> can't be bothered with the competition now!

Of course, if we don't take the Dover game seriously, we could go the same way, although I reckon our reserves and youth players are a little better than those of Welling.

Having said that, it IS important we put on a good show and win the match. We are clearly favourites to win the cup, and whilst everyone else will we after a giant killing display, nothing must stop us winning the KSC, prestigious or otherwise.
