You have got little chance of getting flares or fog horns into a football league ground.

 

If you did the horns would be taken off you as soon as they were used and you would be arrested and probably charged with having an offensive weapon in a designated sports stadium.

 

Everything else you will get away with subject to how grumpy the stewards are - some places have a real thing about flags

Ripped up newspaper, paper, the greasy paper you get in shoe boxes works a treat, as does greasy fish and chip shop paper.
