The Radiohead/Beatles one is really stumping me, so much so that I've tried to cheat by going on a couple of Radiohead sites, but none of them mention a Beatles cover at all.

 

So, would I be right in thinking that maybe they used a sample??

yup, it is a sample on a Radiohead and it is very difficult. I suppose I could tell you that it can be found by the more observant listener to Kid A.
