That is what the wife has just told me I am.

Her evidence of this is due to me announcing that when we go on holiday on Saturday to a friends cottage in St.Florence Pembrokeshire, I will actually not be travelling with them at around 9am but will be following on later.......after breakfast at the silver bell cafe near Royston, 9 holes at kingsway golf course in Melbourn & a trip up the A1 to Corby to see The Mighty Enfield Town then back down the A1 to drop rock steady off in Enfield before setting off to St. Florence. I think her basis of the diagnosis is set around the fact that she now has to drive her own car to Wales while I drive down & arrive some 14 hours later after a round trip of approx 443 miles & all because of........... The Town!

 

So Insane or not?

I have just read this out in the office, and the blokes (and 2 "ladies" from Brimsdown) say you get the sane vote; I couldn't understand why the other girls went off on one tho'

never did understand women!

....well played gazza....these females just dont understand football do they...i think our wives could be sisters...stupid aint they ( he waits for the bombs from nikki)

Actually i think the only stupid bit is to be going to golf first when u could have a long lay in, go to town then straight to your holiday.

 

OR

 

if you didnt go golf you'd have another time to spend alot of money at the shops before going to corby!

 

I'd choose the bed option tomorrow, but normally the shopping one. Never golf!!!

Rock Steady & I play 9 holes every Saturday before watching the mighty Town, nothing serious, we hit the ball, laugh, take the pi$$ out of each other & walk on, its a good mile & half walk so is good exercise that is much needed at our age & it also keeps us (well me anyway) looking young!

The only thing that stops us is heavy (and it has to be heavy) rain.

 

Cafe, Golf, Football...........Love Saturdays! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif" alt="" />
