Youth Team in need of sponsorship

there is a youth teams in stoke poges that is in need of sponsorship, would the trust be interested in this, the lads are 16-18 years old so could be future players, if the trust are interested please reply to this post and i will give you the club details

We already have strong links with Slough Juniors and have just sponsered the Under 13 team but we are constantly looking for more ways to involve the trust within the local community. I will pass your comments on at our next board meeting.

Dom, when is the next board meeting? Given they used to be every six to eight weeks, this might be a bit too long? Could it be discussed sooner?

Seriously, I think we are having another meeting fairly shortly prior to the General Meeting in any event.

 

I am not sure we will go for this as we are trying to build up the relationship with Slough Juniors.

Again, fair comment. I think the relationship should be built and established with them before moving further afield.

Well I think you have rather shot yourself in the foot there. How about joining the trust and get other members of the team to attend games on a regular basis. It has to be a mutually beneficial arrangement.

SPR, totally echo what Martin has said. Get hte lads along to a few games on a regular basis and signed up to the Trust and you may get a bit more interest from them next season.
