Couple Of Questions

Following on from the board meeting which took place last night....

 

Were any plans put in place to co-ordinate efforts for advertising fixture lists / next match posters within the local area?

 

Similar thing for getting companies involved with sponsorship opportunities. Post October, I will be able to put together a promotional DVD (hopefully) to aid the cause if required.

 

When is the next planned social activity (race night or other)?

Some of these will be addressed at the General Meeting. However:

 

Yes this was discussed. We want people to commit to getting posters put up in designated places. Those locations will then ideally get "Thank yous" i.e free advertising in the programme. We are looking to speak with Glen to sort this.

 

The idea of a specific Publicity Sub Committee was mooted. We already have a fund raising one. Will speak with you about this next time I get a chance. Not wanting to exclude any one else just you are the guy with the DVDs.

 

The Fund Raising sub committee reported back following their first meeting and another Race Night combined with the Xmas draw is the plan.
