I keep looking at the Trust Forum to see if there is anything new - it seems like a while since anything has been posted as to what you guys are up to, (apart from the Charitable items which are very important.)

 

I notice that members of the Board post in the general forum and seem to know little more than the rest of us about what is going on in terms of the Club. Have you had any meetings with them - either Roy or Bernard Devine, who seems to be the only Director we see these days and I haven't seen him for the last few home games?

 

How is the membership drive going? How many members do we now have and is there anything we can do to find out why those fans who haven't joined, have not done so?

 

If we ever want to have STFC's destiny in our own hands, then really, via the Trust is the only game in town, so it is vital that we develop it to become a financial force, which can only be done by maximising the membership and getting some finance generated.

 

I for one am not clear how the various finance schemes that go on at the moment work. Things like the Club shop, golden goal, sponsorship of games, balls and players, does that money go to the club or the Trust?

 

These questions are NOT intended as a criticism, just an attempt to seek some information by an information junkie!

Fair points Andrew. I will get some of them addressed and added to the about us section. For the other bits and pieces, I will post a response in here once I have the information.
