The board were elected en masse last night with no objections from anyone present.

 

The Slough Town Supporters Trust board are:

NB* even though the new board has been elected for 2 years to add to continuatey 50% of the elected board will step down and have to opportunity to re stand !

The election of the STST auditor was confirmed as Mason & Partners - of Middle Green Road - Langley

Financial Statements from the auditor were given to the members present and were passed on the proviso that when the account have been signed a copy will be posted to the members in attendance and other members of the trust may request a copy from the company secretary (SAE) enclosed Please!

Trust Items :

 

Our members ask if a sinking fund could be made to ensure when the day comes when we need it , we will have enough money to proceed with helping our club.

The members also gave the new board powers to control the ammount of money being paid out in times of trouble and an ammount of max of 2000.00 pounds was approved. other ammount and crisis payments will have to be by share holders only with an EGM called.

As soon as the new board has had its 1st Meeting - set for 7th July 2004, proceedings will be made to have a sub committee elected.
