Trust Elections

We hope to finalise the arrangements very shortly for the elections to the Trust Board. These will be communicated as extensively as possible and all members are both invited and encouraged to stand.

Assuming we manage to complete all the necessary administration in time, letters should be going out at the end of this week to all Trust members regarding the election process. This will cover all of the relevant information people will require about voting and also putting themselves forward for election.

 

Although it will be covered in the letter, one very important point is that if there are fewer candidates standing than the maximum number of board places (ten), then there will be no formal voting process.

Letters regarding Trust elections will be in the post to all members within the next 48 hours. If you do not receive a letter within the next seven days, please advise a member of the current Trust steering committee. Details will also be posted on the Trust website shortly.

 

All the key details are outlined in the letter but just to reiterate, if there are less than 10 candidates standing for election, there will be no formal voting.

The post has been sent ...should be with our members by sat 17th April ...if you have not got one ...see Chris Sliski at the match...

 

Have to say a few will still not get them as they joined the STST before the application forms were issued....
