Just had a quick look at our remaining league fixtures and after Aldershot next Tuesday we only have 1 more midweek game scheduled.

 

Our game against Woking will have to be re-scheduled because of the Trophy and if Crawley get through that date will be changed as well so we could end up with 2 Saturdays without a game.

 

A few years back we struggled to fit all the games in but this season it looks like a quiet 2nd half to the season.

Wonder if there might be a couple of friendlies arranged to keep the competitive edge up.

 

Any break will also help some return from any injuries perhaps!

Yeah, I will be sitting on a beach on the sunny Algarve for 10 days and will not miss a game.

Crawley lost to Boreham Wood today surprisingly so we will have a fixture on February 25th. Thank God for that. I'm really not used to these fixtureless Saturdays!!!

I would've thought many of the Yellow Army would have gone to Romford to cheer on the Reserves in their top of the table clash.

Seems there was a bit of trouble from the Boreham Wood lot today at Crawley, particularly as it wasn't a segregated match. Funny that, I don't remember them having many fans.

 

Actually, reading the Crawley forum, there was bother in a Pub before the game too where the police had to use pepper spray on a hoard of "around 100 Boreham fans".

Not surprised about that. Apparently Boreham Wood have a nasty bunch who turn up for the big games. Ask the St Albans EFM chaps about the Woood. Think they've had a few run ins with them.
