Yeh it does affect everything. Kimble went to Forest on mine and Colin Reitz left to take over someone else. The players stats plummetted with no coaches lol. By the way how is everyone doing on it?

I have a great attack but an awful defence - So proved by the way I drew 4-4 with accrington.

I only just kept us up and then decided to leave, spent a year out, before returning halfway thru the next season as stockport manager. Finished 3 points outside playoffs, then the next conference season won the league. Beat cambridge 11-0.

On mine jeff King went to mansfield, then was at yeovil.

Does anyone find that in the 2nd season you get put in the 2nd qualifying round of the FA Cup with Grays instead of the 4th which we should be in?

 

And the same with the trophy, 2 round earlier than we should be?

FM = Football Manager 2006 (what most people play), not fifa manager 06.

A quick heads up to you guys that have FM2006 , and are thinking of trying the new One Care service from Microsoft.

 

There have been some instances of ONE CARE corrupting game save files and program files for FM2006. All instances are only on Athlon 64 processors and very few and far between.

 

So back your save game up if you are thinking of trying this free all in one antivirus/spyware solution.

Just had a cracking match on FM2006

 

2-0 down inside 15 mins to an unbeatan Accrington.

 

Drury brings someone down in box. His second yellow. Holloway saves pen.

 

Go to a 3-3-3 fomrtaion with sodje , moore and charlie upfront.

 

Get a goal back just before the break. 2-1

 

Jimmy puts a corking cross in on 55 mins for Mcarthy to make it 2-2.

 

Go to a 4-4-1 fomation of hoof ball.

 

Accrington get a second pen and this time convert.

 

Go back to 3-3-3 formation all out attack. Grab an equliser in 91st minute.

 

Change tactics to waste time. And then , skins runs with ball to halfway , releases jacko down the wing, cross comes in , cleared by keeper and then skins who has continued his run plants it with a volley from 25yards into top corner.

 

Accrington 3 Fleet 4

 

Now top of the league having played 4 , won 3 drawn 1 in my second season.

When I first started with gravesend on fm 06 Alan Kimbles contract ran out a few months into the season and after that i found that my results deteriated, so i started again and made sure I renewed Kimble's contract straight away. Also I found that normally if you win all you freindlys the team gain a higher morale and i found that effects the league results.

How do you get Sodje? I've tried every thing and he is just not interested?

Sodje has been withme since the start. On £450 a week and now a fulkl time player. Does have good and bad games.

 

Put a lot of training into Luke Moore and he hit 28 goals in 41 appearances.

 

Lost out on promotion last season as I lost last 4 games.
