With your goalscoring record for Athletico Billericay Paul you might get a call-up!! Seriously though, this is no laughing matter. Its a sure-fire sign that the manager has completely lost any idea of how to motivate his players. A bit like last season then. And the season before....

Calder - there had better be some method behind this madness, cos if there isnt you are losing so much respect everytime the team step out.

I think the method is called luck. If you buy and sell enough players you might stumble across a couple of good players. (then get rid of them 2 years later to Aylesbury)

His man management is all wrong. All he does is criticise the players (and some more than others - I swear one of these days Russell Penn will get the blame when he isn't on the pitch!!) and that isn't going to motivate players. Then he will get rid (or at least threaten to) of anyone who has a few bad games, isn't fit or argues back.

I think luck is a good description of his methods, however I think many will agree that the luck has run out!! Sorry to use the line, but.....

Gary Calder you are the weakest link....goodbye!

dave mvcdonald fair enough as he was old n slow n was getting caught out at da back when he went 4rd

paul fewings is a joke he may not b fit but we can play him n da reserves 2 build up his fitness, also he is da only 4ward who can hold da ball up well also if dj goes back 2 steveanage then we r left with essandoh n wallace who da fear of that strike 4ce

richie graham thats an abouslte joke, joe baker was an outrage n its followed by this, hes 1 of da better players at havant anyway, n da way we have played well this season is playing down da wing

Calder's scattergun approach to signing players combined with what appears to be a random approach to releasing them leaves no opportunity for a team to gel together and evolve. Continuity is impossible. He's had a fair crack of the whip but his time has come.

CALDER OUT

I have a bit of knowldedge on Fewings, Graham and DJ. having seen them all play for Chesham at one stage or another.

Fewings, Paul is an honest player and really didn't shine for us as much as he should have. This is because he had injury problems and was being outshone by Wayne Andrews, we channelled to much play to Wayne without giving Fewings a chance. That said I would be happy to take him back, but I also believe he is quite an expensive contract player, which might be why your management may not be keen to just keep him on the bench.

Graham, He left under a bit of a cloud after our last game after a bust up with Colin Lippiatt. He got on really well with Dowie BUT if he's not happy with the way things are, then it could turn, he needs a good man manager with patience. It's a shame he didn't give Colin the chance.

DJ, great player, no attitude, we'd have him back tommorow.

I'd reckon DJ and Fewings up front would make a really good combo.
