Groin Strain is it....

 

Well my advise would be to....

 

Power youself down, Drop your strides and put c0ck in hand. Wipe it across your thighs. Until C0ck is tender. Pull your strides backup and your pain will have gone.

 

If this fails to work first time repeat instructions until you feel the starin has gone....
