The unbeaten run may not be that remarkable, as it's probably no more than 10 games that I've seen since! The only problem is with these things the run has to end sometime, just hope it's not going to be on Saturday!

 

As for the Youth, I'm only repeating what many on here have said all season! The best young players from St.Albans should all have the opportunity to progress to their local senior club, which is not Stevenage, Dagenham & Redbridge or London Colney!!

In fact, very few Conference teams are interested in the Trophy these days, and most field weakened teams.

 

You just have to look at the last few years semi-finallists to see Conference teams aren't bothered.
