nice to see john playing at the stadium again last night and I thought he had an excellent game for APSA......john of course was a product of the urchin youth set up a while back and I always thought he would make it into our first team back then until a poor run of injuries hampered him....

 

a big strong central defender and nice to see him back at the stadium and playing footie again....

Played in a trial match about 3 seasons ago at Rush Green for us when the sky came over as black as you've ever seen in August and we were right over the far side!

not quite so max...john played for our youth team on several occasions at the bridge and was part of jolos youth revolution in 02...(yes zody...we have a youth policy for young football players but not those still in cribs) <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />...

You would be hard put to believe that if you had listened to and read the abuse the female referee got from the Romford Officials at and after the game againsts AFC Hornchurch. I saw the post removed by AFC Hornchurch Admin wishing cancer on the lady referee. I am ashamed at the double standards being purveyed by Zody and my home town clubs Officials. I haven't attended the last two games due to this and most likely will not again.

interesting what zody says as of course there are no mixed race players under the present romford management...obviously nothing to do with racism....purely ability.....

 

as for moonsurfers comments...spot on mate....again zody is proven to be a hypocrite with double talk on the forums....

 

the comments at that game and afterwards on the forums aimed at the lady referee were a disgrace to the romforf fc and they should consider themselves fortunate that our admin removed them......(they have of course been saved)

but surely abusing female officals as opposed to male officals and using the gender to accenuate that abuse is a breach of equal opportunity legislation.........

 

so....can you can answer your own fans questions about equal opprtunities and why no one from romford decried the terrible sexist abuse aimed at the lady referee....

 

do you admit that the 'equal opportunites' policy at romford is being abused by club officals...?
